ZOWELL Delivers High-Density Warehousing Solution in Singapore

      Recently, ZOWELL successfully delivered four VUE three-way forklifts with a 10.5-meter lifting height and one RRE double-deep reach truck to a customer in Singapore. Designed for a fifth-floor warehouse with a 12-meter floor height, the solution helps maximize storage capacity and operational efficiency.

     For high-level storage, pallet handling, and order picking in the main warehouse, ZOWELL recommended the VUE, featuring a 10.5-meter lifting height and a 1.6-tonne rated capacity. For the cold-storage area, with fewer racks and wider aisles, the RRE double-deep reach truck was selected. It offers a 1.5-tonne rated capacity and a maximum lifting height of 10.695 meters, providing a more suitable solution for this application.

    The customer also opted for RFID-based speed control. The trucks maintain a relatively high, steady speed within aisles and automatically slow down when approaching aisle ends, stopping at designated positions. This feature helps improve travel efficiency while enhancing operational safety.
