Recently, during our customer visit in May, the Zowell team traveled to Sri Lanka and visited the operating site of one of our valued customers to review the performance of our equipment in their cold storage warehouse.

The customer is using Zowell’s Electric RRE Double Reach Scissor Forklift together with our Electric Stacker in daily warehouse operations. After a period of practical application, both models have demonstrated stable performance and reliable operation under cold storage working conditions.

During the on-site visit, our team observed the equipment operating smoothly and efficiently throughout warehouse handling processes. Even in demanding cold-chain environments, the trucks maintained excellent maneuverability, lifting stability, and operational efficiency.

We also conducted a follow-up discussion with the customer team to better understand their long-term user experience and operational feedback. The response was highly positive. The customer expressed satisfaction with the overall equipment performance, working efficiency, and handling experience, and recognized the value our solutions have brought to their warehouse operations.
