Overseas Case Study | Zowell's Man Up Three-Way Forklift Helps Southeast Asian Power Equipment Companies Achieve Efficient Storage and Picking!
Recently, Zowell Intelligent Forklift delivered two man-up three-way forklifts to a power equipment industry customer in Southeast Asia. They have been put into operation in the customer's newly built logistics warehouse, helping the customer improve its competitiveness in the logistics process.

1. Project Background
This client focuses on the production, manufacturing, and sales of power equipment. The continuous expansion of their business has brought new challenges to their storage and logistics. To cope with the expanding business scale, the client built a new warehouse, which not only needs to accommodate goods of various specifications but also needs to comprehensively improve the overall efficiency of goods picking and outbound operations.

2. Project Challenges
1) The old warehouse relies on the traditional wide aisle and low-height rack layout, resulting in low storage density, high storage land costs, and storage capacity that quickly reaches its limit, failing to keep pace with business growth.
2) The traditional human-to-goods picking model involves long-distance travel, leading to a high proportion of ineffective work time, low picking efficiency, and severely impacting order delivery schedules.
3. Solution Advantages
The client built a new warehouse to meet the logistics needs of storing large quantities of multi-specification goods, high-frequency picking, and transshipment. Zowell Intelligent Forklifts addressed their two main needs: improving warehouse space utilization and increasing picking efficiency, by customizing a narrow aisle logistics solution for their new warehouse.
1)In response to the client's needs, Zowell planned a narrow aisle racking solution with a depth of over 30m and an aisle width of 1.8m for the new warehouse, and delivered two man-up three-way forklifts with a maximum load capacity of 1.6 tons and a maximum lifting height of 13.5 meters, which can easily achieve accurate storage and retrieval of high-level goods and improve the space utilization of the new warehouse!
2)The man-up three-way forklift breaks the traditional model of stacking and picking that requires changing forklifts and picking equipment.
During operation, the man-up three-way forklift can simultaneously raise and lower the cab and forks. This advantage significantly reduces the waiting time for a single operation within the stacking aisle, comprehensively improving order processing speed and better meeting customers' needs for "multiple orders and fast-paced picking".
When navigating narrow aisles, every minute directional change is crucial to logistics safety and efficiency. In this solution, Zowell installed wire inductive guid assisted forklifts for its clients. These maneuvering three-way forklifts can achieve straight-line movement within the aisles without manual control of left or right directions, further reducing the risk of collisions and improving the continuity and stability of picking and warehousing operations!
