Forklift Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Let's take VDSE as an example.

This forklift is a ride-on electric three-way forklift. The whole vehicle adopts electric steering technology and uses the steering wheel to control the steering of the whole vehicle. It has three fulcrums on the ground and is a highly efficient stacking and handling equipment.

1. Terms of Use

The rated lifting capacity is indicated on the forklift nameplate and this value must not be exceeded.

This forklift is only suitable for stacking and moving goods. It is prohibited to use the forklift in other areas.

2. Permitted Use Conditions

The operating temperature is 5 ℃～ 40 ℃.

It is allowed to work on non-floor roads in indoor warehouses with sufficient load-bearing capacity, flat, dry and good visibility. The maximum slope when driving without load is 5% , and it is forbidden to drive on ramps when lifting cargo.

Use ban

Do not use in dusty or dusty environments as there is a risk of explosion.

Do not use it in an environment with a high salt content (marine climate). After a long time, the electrical components will be corroded and malfunction.

Do not work in extremely bad working environment (extreme climate, strong magnetic field, etc.). It is not allowed to be used directly in cold storage (special treatment is required ) .

3. Accessory installation

When additional attachments need to be installed, if they affect or supplement the function of the forklift, the manufacturer's consent must be obtained in advance.
