Cleaning the forklift
It is important to perform regular cleaning every week to ensure its reliability. Please unplug the power socket before cleaning to avoid short circuit and damage to the electrical system.
External cleaning
(1) Remove the attachments on the wheels every day to keep them flexible.
(2) After cleaning, add lubricating oil to the parts of the forklift that need lubrication as specified in the lubrication parts table.
When cleaning electrical components, use compressed air to blow away the dust on the motor.
Do not use high-pressure flushing devices.
Do not damage the electrical components on the circuit board. Keep the position of the electrical components to avoid short circuit.
Battery maintenance
(1) The battery fluid hole plug and vent cap should be kept clean. Remove or open when charging, and install or close after charging is completed. The battery surface, connecting wires and screws should be kept clean and dry. If there is sulfuric acid, wipe it off with cotton yarn dipped in alkali solution. Be careful not to let the alkali solution enter the battery.
(2) After charging is completed, check the battery fluid level and add distilled water in time to maintain the fluid level. Under normal circumstances, it is strictly forbidden to add dilute sulfuric acid.
(3) After using the battery, it should be charged in time, and the storage time should generally not exceed 24 hours.
(4) Good ventilation should be maintained during charging, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
(5) In the following situations, the battery needs to be balanced charged.
a. Normally used batteries (balanced charging is performed once every 3 months).
b. Batteries that have been left unused for a long time. c. There are "lagging batteries" in the battery pack (lagging batteries refer to batteries with voltage values lower than other batteries during charging and discharging or batteries that have been repaired due to faults). At this time, balanced charging is only performed on the lagging batteries alone.
(6) Balanced charging method.
a. Perform normal charging first. b. Stop charging for 1 hour when the battery is fully charged, and then charge with 0.25I5 for 1 hour.
Repeat the steps in item b several times until bubbles are generated violently in the battery as soon as the charger is turned on.
(7) When the battery is not in use, it must be recharged once after one month of storage according to the normal charging method.
(8) The battery should be kept away from direct sunlight and should be at least 2 meters away from heat sources.
(9) Avoid contact with any liquids and harmful substances. No metal impurities should fall into the battery.
Maintenance of the motor:
(1) Inspection and maintenance of the motor should be carried out under power off.
(2) Measure the cold insulation resistance of the motor with a 250V megohmmeter every three months. The resistance should be greater than 0.5MΩ. If the resistance is less than 0.5MΩ, it should be dried.
(3) Check whether the connection wires of the motor output are correct and firm.
(4) Check whether all fasteners are tight.
Maintenance of electromagnetic brakes
1) When used in a high humidity environment for a long time, prevent rust. Rust on the suction surface will affect the use. Please remove the rust.
2) The friction surface must not be touched directly by hand and must not be oily. Otherwise, the maximum torque cannot be achieved. Please clean and wipe the friction surface.
3) When the temperature in the use environment is high, please install it in a ventilated place. The generally applicable ambient temperature is-10℃~40℃.
4) The torque value is low at the beginning of use. Please use it for a period of time before the torque value tends to stabilize.
5) Please check regularly. The regular inspection items include: whether the switch action is normal; whether there is noise; whether there is abnormal heating; whether there are foreign objects, oil, etc. mixed in the friction part and the rotating part; whether the gap of the friction part is appropriate and whether the excitation voltage is normal.
Maintenance work
(1) Daily maintenance and safety inspection. It is the operator's responsibility to perform daily maintenance and inspection of the forklift.
(2) If the forklift is not maintained on a daily basis, it will affect the safety and reliability of the forklift and may easily lead to serious accidents.
