Zowell Intelligent Forklifts Completed Overseas Delivery Project, Empowering High-Density Smart Warehousing for Electronics Factory
Recently, Zowell Intelligent Forklifts successfully completed the delivery of a smart warehousing project for an overseas electronics factory. The project included 3 units of man-up VNA forklifts and 2 units of RRE double-deep reach trucks, providing the customer with a comprehensive narrow aisle warehousing solution to enhance storage capacity and operational efficiency.

The customer specializes in electronic products, with warehouse operations involving a large number of full-pallet storage and retrieval tasks as well as piece-picking operations. With continuous growth in domestic and overseas orders, the existing warehousing system gradually became unable to meet the increasing demands for storage capacity and operational efficiency.
After multiple rounds of equipment evaluation and solution comparison, the customer finally selected Zowell’s integrated narrow aisle warehousing solution to build a high-density and efficient warehouse system.

During the project planning stage, the customer faced several key challenges:
Traditional forklifts require wider aisles and have limitations in stacking height, resulting in low space utilization and insufficient storage capacity to support future business growth.
Traditional equipment mainly focuses on pallet handling, while small-item picking requires additional manual operations. The separated workflows affected overall warehouse efficiency.
The customer required a new warehouse solution that could achieve higher-density storage while also supporting mid-to-high-level storage, retrieval, and precise picking operations.
Based on the customer’s requirements, Zowell provided a combined narrow aisle solution featuring man-up VNA forklifts and RRE double-deep reach trucks, fully utilizing both vertical and horizontal warehouse space.
The delivered man-up VNA forklifts feature a maximum lifting height of 10 meters, helping the customer maximize vertical warehouse space and increase the number of high-level storage locations.
Meanwhile, the VUE man-up VNA forklift allows the operator cabin to lift together with the mast, enabling operators to directly reach medium and high-level racks. This integrates pallet stacking and high-level picking operations into one process, reducing manual handling routes and significantly improving order fulfillment efficiency.
The RRE double-deep reach truck features a maximum lifting height of 6096mm and a reach stroke of 1030mm. Thanks to its double-deep reach structure, it can access multiple rows of racks within a single aisle, greatly improving storage density.
Together with the VNA forklifts, the two equipment types fully maximize the value of both vertical and horizontal warehouse space, significantly increasing storage capacity and supporting the customer’s future business expansion.
After implementation, the solution will help the customer achieve comprehensive improvements in:
01 | Maximized Space Utilization
Fully utilizing limited warehouse space and increasing available storage locations.
02 | Simplified Workflows & Higher Efficiency
Optimizing storage and picking processes to improve warehouse throughput.
03 | Unified Equipment System
Reducing overall operation and maintenance costs through standardized equipment management.
04 | High-Density Warehousing Model
Creating a benchmark smart warehousing solution for space-limited applications.
The successful delivery of this overseas project once again demonstrates Zowell’s expertise and experience in narrow aisle warehousing solutions. Moving forward, Zowell will continue to provide global customers with more efficient, intelligent, and reliable intralogistics solutions, helping enterprises achieve warehouse upgrades and sustainable business growth.
