ZOWELL Participates in Drafting Three Industry Standards for Narrow-Aisle Industrial Trucks
Contributing to Industry Standardization Through Technical Expertise and Innovation
ZOWELL Intelligent Forklift has recently received three certificates recognizing its participation in the drafting of industry standards for narrow-aisle industrial trucks, issued by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Industrial Trucks.
According to China's National Public Service Platform for Standards Information, the following three industry standards, with ZOWELL listed as one of the participating drafting organizations, were officially published in 2025 and have been implemented successively between 2025 and 2026:

JB/T 15163-2025 – Three-Way Stacker Trucks
JB/T 15162-2025 – Bidirectional and Multidirectional Trucks
JB/T 15091-2025 – Forklift Attachments: Three-Way Attachments

The publication and implementation of these standards represent further progress in establishing a standardized framework for narrow-aisle industrial trucks and their key attachments in China.
As one of the participating drafting organizations, ZOWELL contributed its technical expertise and practical experience gained through years of research, development, manufacturing, and application of narrow-aisle material handling equipment.

On July 12–14, 2023, an expert review meeting for the draft standards of Three-Way Stacker Trucks and Bidirectional and Multidirectional Trucks was held in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.
Entrusted by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Industrial Trucks, ZOWELL undertook the organization and coordination of the meeting, supporting the experts throughout the review process and facilitating technical discussions and standard evaluation.
Following multiple rounds of discussion, review, and revision, all three standards were officially published and subsequently implemented.
ZOWELL is listed as the fourth drafting organization in both the Three-Way Stacker Trucks and Bidirectional and Multidirectional Trucks standards. This reflects the company's accumulated technical expertise and practical experience in the narrow-aisle forklift sector, as well as its contribution to the development of industry standards.
Through its participation, ZOWELL shared valuable insights from product development, manufacturing, and real-world applications, helping translate industry experience into standardized technical requirements.
The two standards covering complete vehicles establish requirements for basic parameters, technical specifications, test methods, inspection rules, markings, accompanying documentation, transportation, and storage. They provide important technical references for product development and manufacturing, as well as for equipment selection and quality evaluation by end users.
In addition to the two complete-vehicle standards, ZOWELL also participated in drafting the supporting standard, Forklift Attachments: Three-Way Attachments.
Three-way attachments are essential components of three-way stacker trucks, enabling efficient material handling in narrow warehouse aisles. The standard specifies unified requirements for their technical performance, test methods, inspection procedures, and markings. It further strengthens the standardization framework at the component level, supporting equipment safety, reliability, and product quality.

Participation in industry standard development is built on years of technical accumulation and extensive project experience.
For many years, ZOWELL has focused on the research, development, and innovation of narrow-aisle material handling equipment. By addressing demanding applications such as high-level storage, narrow-aisle operations, and long-load handling, the company continues to expand its product portfolio and improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.

High-Level Narrow-Aisle Warehousing
In the field of high-level narrow-aisle material handling, ZOWELL has continuously advanced lifting-height capabilities and operational stability.
The company has developed man-up three-way stacker trucks with lifting heights exceeding 18 meters. Featuring an independently developed high-strength mast structure, an intelligent anti-sway system, and precision control technology, these trucks are designed to maintain stable and accurate operation in high-level warehouse environments.
These capabilities help customers maximize vertical storage space while maintaining efficient and reliable warehouse operations.
Heavy-Duty Long-Load Handling
For the handling of heavy and oversized materials, ZOWELL introduced China's first 5-ton heavy-duty multidirectional reach truck for long-load applications, more recently by an 8-ton model.
Combining multidirectional travel capabilities with a specialized vehicle design, these trucks provide an effective solution for transporting long and heavy materials in both indoor and outdoor environments.
They help address common operational challenges, including limited working space, difficult maneuvering, low handling efficiency, and potential safety risks when transporting oversized loads.
From high-level narrow-aisle warehousing to heavy-duty long-load handling, ZOWELL continues to expand the application possibilities of narrow-aisle material handling equipment, providing specialized solutions for customers across different industries.

Standardization is fundamental to the high-quality development of the industrial truck industry. It plays an important role in promoting technological innovation, ensuring product quality, and establishing a more consistent and reliable industry framework.
Receiving three certificates recognizing its participation in industry standard drafting marks another important milestone in ZOWELL's commitment to technological advancement and industry standardization. It also reflects the company's accumulated expertise and practical contributions to the narrow-aisle industrial truck sector.
Looking ahead, ZOWELL will continue to strengthen its capabilities in intelligent material handling equipment through professional R&D teams, extensive project experience, and ongoing technological innovation.
The company will remain actively involved in the development and improvement of national, industry, and group standards, while continuously enhancing product technology and quality management.
Driven by customer needs and technological innovation, ZOWELL is committed to providing customers worldwide with safer, more efficient, and more reliable narrow-aisle material handling equipment and solutions.
