The customer is a timber processing and furniture manufacturing enterprise with a large modern warehouse. The warehouse stores long and heavy materials such as timber boards, beams, panels, and semi-finished wooden products.

Previously, the customer used traditional or imported long material forklifts for daily handling operations. However, these solutions required wide aisles, involved high purchase and maintenance costs, and lacked flexibility when handling ultra-long timber in narrow warehouse spaces.
