While the building and maintenance of a cold storage warehouse is a complicated task.

1.Man up VNA forklift

VUE16 man up VNA forklifts,with 1600kgs load capacity, mast height choice is from 4.5m to 18.5m.  Full closed cabin with heater, heating glass, customized motors, controllers make it keep a good performance in -25 degree cold warehouse. The fork can rotate 180 degree. The electric forklift doesn’t need make turning in the narrow racks aisle. It just need drive forward and backward. Picking pallets reply on the 180 degree rotation and side shift of the  fork movements. That is why we call these kinds of forklifts as three way pallet stackers. Even though the cost of man up VNA forklift is high, it is more worthwhile if the warehouse is bigger, higher. This kind of electric VNA forklifts can also work as a order picker. The order picking is also necessary for some small cargo.

2.Man down VNA forklift

Zowell VDA series man down VNA forklifts provide a more economic forklift solution for cold storage warehouse. The lifting height is from 1.6m to 9.5m mast. Standing on drive type also provide a good view for operators. This is more suitable for the warehouse with height from 4m to 10m. Its working aisle is only 1650mm and can be used in cold storage warehouse for more than 8 hours.

3.Double deep reach trucks

Zowell provides both single deep and double deep reach trucks solutions

The RRES20 single deep reach truck, rated 2000kgs and max lifting fork height is 11.2m.

RRE15 double deep reach truck, rated 1500kgs can make fork lifting height is also 11.2m. Similar like Crown 5700 series, Zowell RRE15 electric double deep reach trucks have same specification.

Even hyster, Yale and Ramond double deep reach trucks, Zowell dingle and double deep reach trucks can also totally replace them.

Even though the working aisle is 3.1m, its double deep fork makes it can handle 4 lines of pallets through one same working aisle. The operation of these forklifts are the same as normal electric reach trucks. Please note Zowell forklifts have both lead acid battery and lithium battery choices. The lithium battery must have heating function and its performance is similar as the lead acid battery in cold warehouse. The biggest advantages of lithium battery is the long life ( 5 years or 10000 working hours)and fast charging time(2 hours). These are widely used in American markets, middle east markets etc.
