Project Background As a nationally designated pesticide producer, the client faced increasing competition and expanding production scale, prompting them to explore logistics upgrades and cost optimization. By constructing a new warehouse, they aimed to introduce intelligent logistics solutions amid the trend of industrial automation, thereby improving warehouse utilization and logistics efficiency while reducing labor costs.
