Challenges:

1. With the expansion of business scale and the increase in SKUs, the company faces significant warehousing pressure. However, expanding warehouses is costly, making it a new challenge to increase storage capacity in existing warehouses.

2. From raw material warehousing to production line integration and finished product transfer, each process must be closely coordinated. However, the company's current logistics handling equipment is inefficient, resulting in long internal transfer cycles and slow order delivery.

3. Heavy and stacked auto parts pose certain risks during handling. The company places great emphasis on the safety of its employees and factory area and hopes to achieve breakthroughs in safety assurance.

Highlights:

1. Warehouse Expansion by Nearly 140%

Following Zowell's advice, the company restructured its warehouse space, using 11m high double-reach racks to complement our double-reach forklifts for warehousing operations. This resulted in fully utilizing upper warehouse space and significantly reducing the overall aisle area within the warehouse. Without changing land costs, the warehouse achieved a nearly 140% increase in storage space.

2. More Efficient Turnover

The Zowell double-deep reach truck is equipped with an 8.0 kW traction motor, with a maximum speed of 10 km/h. It can start and stop without slipping, and has excellent driving capabilities. Under safe conditions, it can maximize the efficiency of goods transfer between warehouse and transfer point and warehouse.

3. Guaranteed Safety

Zowell places great emphasis on the safety and durability of its products. The German-imported channel steel mast and sturdy overhead guard ensure the driver remains completely within the vehicle's protective perimeter during operation, receiving comprehensive protection.
